Questions agents ask

What do I see about my clients?
Their name, when they joined, when the gift ends, and whether they used Joysts in the last 30 days. Never their documents or findings. A client can hide their activity.
Is this a referral fee?
No. You pay Joysts, and Joysts never pays you anything. It is a closing gift with your name on it.
Does Joysts change the inspector’s report?
No. The inspector’s grading stays as written, and your name never appears on a finding. Joysts is software, not an inspection.
What happens after the year?
Nothing renews and nobody is charged. Your client keeps their record on the free plan. You can renew their year yourself.
Do I need my broker’s OK?
Check your brokerage’s gift policy. This one-page sheet answers what a broker will ask.
