Show buyers a home that was looked after
Buyers and their agents will ask what was replaced, when, and what is still open. Start a few months before you list: put the answers in one dated record, then share a summary by link.
Free: 2 homes, 3 document reads. Sharing and the summary are on the free plan.

What Joysts does before you list
Dated upgrades
Record what you replaced and when (“roof replaced in 2019”). Each entry is labelled as yours, and the system’s age comes from your date instead of “not recorded”.
Before you share
A short checklist shows open items from reports more than about three years old, which you may have fixed since, and the key systems that still have no date.
Home condition & care summary
One page with your home’s systems, their ages, the service log and open items. Print it or save it as a PDF.
A share link you control
Send buyers or your listing agent a read-only link. You choose whether documents and costs are included. The link can expire after 7, 30 or 90 days or stay on, and you can turn it off at any time.
Your documents, read for you
Upload an old inspection report, warranties or receipts. Joysts reads them, shows the page each item came from, and puts the inspector’s safety items first.
Answers from your own records
Ask “when was the furnace last serviced?” and get an answer from your own documents, with the source named. No digging through a drawer.

The summary is your record. It is not an inspection or a disclosure form. It shows what your documents and your own entries say, with each line labelled by where it came from.
