What Joysts does when you have more than one

• All your homes in one table

  With two or more homes, your dashboard lists each one with its open safety items, what is due and the last document read. Every number opens the list behind it.

• Photos without you on site

  Text a capture link to your tenant, cleaner or handyman. They photograph labels and rooms on their phone, with no account, and the photos land in that home’s record, dated.

• Due across homes

  One upkeep list with the home’s name on every row. No opening each house in turn.

• Systems across homes

  Roof, heating and cooling, water heater and panel ages for every home, side by side. Ask across homes too: “which home has the oldest roof?”

• Rental checklist

  Mark a home as a rental and Joysts adds between-tenant tasks: test smoke and CO detectors, a move-in and move-out photo log, and a turnover safety walk-through.

• Seasonal checklist

  Mark a home as seasonal and Joysts adds closing and opening tasks: winterize, check freeze protection, a spring opening checklist, and well and septic checks if the home has them.

The rental and seasonal checklists are typical guidance for that kind of home, not findings about yours, and each task says so. Joysts does not handle rent, leases or tenant screening.
