Who do I actually pay?

Your subscription is sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles the checkout, payment, invoicing, and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and will appear on your card or bank statement. See our Terms of Service and Refund Policy for details.

Are taxes included in the price?

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax. Any sales tax, VAT, or GST required for your location is calculated and added at checkout by Paddle, and itemized on the receipt you receive by email.

What payment methods can I use?

Paddle supports major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and — depending on your country — options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available methods are shown on the checkout screen.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. You can change your billing interval at any time from your account. The new rate applies from your next renewal, and annual billing gives you the lowest effective monthly price.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like from Settings → Manage subscription in the app. You keep Complete access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account reverts to the Free plan — your home record stays intact.

Do you offer refunds?

New Complete subscribers are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Full terms — including how to request a refund through Paddle — are in our Refund Policy.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted when you move back to Free. Your properties, documents, and history are preserved; some Complete features (like additional properties beyond your Free limit and unlimited questions) simply pause until you upgrade again.

Can I get a plan for more than two homes?

Yes. Joysts Complete includes two properties, and you can add more for $29 per additional property per year. Manage your properties from the dashboard, or email billing@joysts.com if you manage a larger portfolio.
